BCCO is an independent registered NGO providing awareness, education and community-welfare services only. Nothing on this website creates any authority of law enforcement, nor any client, agency or fiduciary relationship.

• Do not present yourself as an officer/agent of BCCO without written authorization.
• Do not use our name, logo or materials to claim police-like authority — this is a criminal offence and will be reported.

4. Intellectual property

Website content, guides and posters are © Bureau of Crime Control Org. Free resources may be used for non-commercial awareness purposes with credit. Commercial use requires written permission.

5. Volunteers

Volunteering is unpaid and voluntary. Volunteers must follow the Code of Conduct; violation may lead to termination of association. Certificates confirm volunteering association only and confer no authority or employment rights.

6. Donations

Donations are voluntary contributions to a registered society and are generally non-refundable except for verified duplicate/erroneous transactions reported within 7 days.

8. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India; courts at Delhi shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
